Places to Run in Melbourne

Sick of running or walking around the block? A change of scenery can often inspire you to want more.  If you’re always going to the same places and your motivation levels are starting to drop, try and seek out some new tracks or even drive just 10 minutes from your house to start your run a little further away for something a bit different.

Another way to keep you motivated is by finding an exercise buddy. It can be a bit more fun than going the distance on your own.

If you prefer to run on your own but get bored, try and take some music with you to keep you going. Make a running playlist and try and pick some songs that you can run to well, and pace yourself with them. If you usually run with music, try going without and think about your running, relax and let your mind free. You might find that you completely clear the head.

Not sure where to go? Here’s a list of places for you…
