6 Week Challenge – UPDATED!

This year we have made some exciting changes to our 6 Week Challenge!

The aim of the challenge is to make positive lifestyle changes, with consistent exercise and healthy eating. The challenge will still offer you unlimited sessions, with the expectation that participants attend a minimum of three sessions per week. We will pick key areas of health to focus on throughout the course of the challenge, and provide you with nutritional and health guidance along the way. Participants will also receive a weekly home exercise program (complete with video demonstrations), and be put through challenges and tasks throughout the course of the challenge. At the completion of the program, you will have also earned a 6 Week Challenge T-shirt!

Although committing to a consistent exercise regime forms the main aspect of the challenge, food and nutrition will also play a key role. We all know that no matter how much exercise you do, if you are not combining it with a healthy, “clean”, and portion-controlled eating program, you are unlikely to reach your personal goals.

As part of our 6 Week Challenge this year, we are excited to incorporate Dietlicious into our program! Their delicious Lunch & Dinner packs will be included in the first week of the challenge, to make it super easy for you to reach or maintain your ideal weight, as well as educate you on portion size and healthy eating. Dietlicious will provide us with free delivery and a complimentary banana and cinnamon smoothie on your first morning.

After the first week of the challenge, we will provide you with recipes and meal ideas. With the help from Dietlicious in week one, you will have a better understanding of portion sizes to help you prepare your own lunch and dinner in the following weeks.

We can’t wait to get this challenge started on February 9, and are looking forward to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Please note that we will need to confirm your participation by 11:59pm (just before midnight) on Thursday 5 February.
