1-on-1 Personal Training
With all the attention focused on you – each session is tailored specifically for YOU! We’ll get you to the next level and get you the results you want in no time.
Buddy and Private Group Training (Groups of 2-5)
Get together with an exercise buddy or even a whole bunch of friends for your own private training together. You still get personalised training tailored towards each of you, just at a fraction of the cost!”
Group Training / Boot Camp
Can’t find a bunch of friends to exercise with but still want to be part of a group? No matter what your current fitness is like, we will help to bring you together. Each boot camp style program runs over 4 weeks. The sessions are not military style and do not involve yelling.
Youth Fitness (personal training for kids aged 7-17)
For the child who needs extra motivation – or the gifted athlete who needs extra training to stand out from the rest.
We offer general fitness, active play, or sport specific conditioning.
Family Fitness (2 adults & 2-3 children)
Get the whole family together for a fun workout. We will ensure you are living a healthy and active lifestyle.
School Group Fitness (at your school)
Not just for the students! Available for staff, parents, students, or a student/parent group combined. Fun workouts before school, after school or even on weekends. Promote your school as being active and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Minimum of 10 people.
