High Intensity Training (HIT) classes are now being offered by Fitness Keeper.
Our HIT classes are short & sharp workouts guaranteed to keep your heart rate up for the entire class. Perfect for those who want to get in, work their butts off, and then get out of there sweating. We don’t leave you with much time for recovery, as it is a high-paced class.
Cost & Bookings
HIT sessions run for 30 minutes and can be booked online using our reservation system for just $13.20 per session.
Monday 6:00pm – 6:30pm @ Kooyong – Meeting point at Pavillion on Righetti Oval
Saturday 9:15am – 9:45am @ Menzies Reserve (fortnightly – please view our online booking system for dates)
