At Fitness Keeper, we offer extra exercise sessions that you can do away from our boot camp or personal training sessions. Generally, this will be during holiday periods or for our special fitness challenges. Here is a sample beginner workout that gives you an idea as to what we offer. All of our other exercise videos remain for clients only – so they end up receiving an entire video library where they can check for correct technique or even make up their own workout when they’ve finished the ones we have set for them. The exercises you perform won’t require any additional equipment so you don’t need anything!
WORKOUT SESSION SAMPLE

Warm up
Jogging 90 seconds
Toe taps 30 seconds
Windmills 30 seconds
Star jumps 30 seconds
Repeat
Part A
- 40 sec squats or squat jumps
- 40 sec frogs
- 40 sec push-ups
- 40 sec flutter kicks
- 1 minute run
Rest for 1 minute – then repeat Part A (total 10 min)
Part B – as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 4minutes
- Star jumps x 12
- Mountain climbers x 12 (12 with each leg = 24 total)
- split squats x 12 (12 with each leg = 24 total)
- Dips x 12
Rest for 1 minute – repeat part B
Cool down
1-2 minute walk
Stretching
- Hamstrings
- Quadriceps
- Calf muscles
- Glutes
- Chest
- Shoulders
- Back
- Triceps
