Amy is an exercise scientist and personal trainer who uses her knowledge of science and the human body to help people build healthy, functional and injury resistant bodies. She understands that every bodies goals, motivators and barriers are different and wants to help everyone make a meaningful change using a fun and supportive approach to training. Amy specialises in strength training, mobility enhancement and injury prevention.
