Join Fitness Keeper’s fun group classes and boot camp training sessions. Our classes run continually all year round – so you can stay with us for as little or as long as you like. Ever since we started, we have never repeated the same session. This means no matter how long you stay and train with us, you will never have to do the exact same workout & you will continue to be challenged and improve on your fitness levels.
Our classes currently take place in four locations – Basil Reserve, Menzies Reserve, Kooyong Park, and Alexandra Gardens in the City.
Please note that there are two separate meeting points for the Kooyong location. One area for the morning, and the other area for evenings. Please view the map below to find the correct meeting points.
