“If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right” and this applies to how you treat your own body!
What drew you to the profession:
Watching my dad struggle to walk after getting two hip replacements. Movement and exercise are so important to daily living, you don’t know what you have until it’s gone!
What do you do to keep yourself fit:
Gym, soccer, dodgeball, bike riding, mud runs and indoor soccer. I love any exercise where I can hang out with my friends at the same time.
Interesting fact about you:
I have a 6-year-old golden retriever named Teddy and 2 ragdoll cats named Alby and Bella
If you could give one tip to your clients, what would it be?
If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t. Ask questions!
Advice for people who are contemplating getting started:
Don’t burnout on exercise quests or fad diets. Make small sustainable changes to your lifestyle until you’re happy with the way you live!
