Steph is the owner of Fitness Keeper, and is an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP) and accredited exercise scientist (AES). She has been in the industry for over 10 years & has been involved in sports and fitness events from a young age. Steph is passionate about getting people to enjoy consistent exercise for long term health benefits. She is able to develop programs for people with acute and chronic medical conditions and/or injury, as well as for those considered apparently healthy with no known disease. Steph works with clients of many fitness abilities and health statuses and all ages. In her spare time Steph enjoys spending time with her family, which includes running around after her cheeky 1 year old boy.

Amy is currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University and is keen to put her theory into practice. Once she completes her current studies she wishes to develop her knowledge further. Amy is passionate about living a healthy, balanced lifestyle and she loves helping her clients along their own fitness journey. She is adaptable and incorporates careful planning into her programs after consulting with clients on individual needs and challenges. Amy personally enjoys a mixture of strength training and high intensity workouts ensuring technique is a high priority. In her spare time Amy is a dance enthusiast and works with young adolescent girls to master the art of Jazz and Tap.
