Steph is the owner of Fitness Keeper, and is an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP) and accredited exercise scientist (AES). She has been in the industry for over 8 years & has been involved in sports and fitness events from a young age. Steph is passionate about getting people to enjoy consistent exercise for long term health benefits. She is able to develop programs for people with acute and chronic medical conditions and/or injury, as well as for those considered apparently healthy with no known disease. Steph works with clients of many fitness abilities and health statuses and all ages. Steph is currently on maternity leave and will be back in action soon!

Harry is an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP), who has a keen interest in the role of exercise in the treatment of cancer. Whilst completing his masters he has also volunteered as a research assistant with Deakin University’s breast and prostate cancer studies; assisting with the implementation of an exercise program to ameliorate the side-effects of cancer treatment. Through his masters, Harry has developed the appropriate knowledge and skills to design and deliver safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. Harry also currently works as an AEP at Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital, allowing him to bring current best-practice models to our rehabilitation program.
