Steph (Owner, AEP, AES)

Steph is the owner of Fitness Keeper, and is an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP) and accredited exercise scientist (AES). She has been in the industry for over 10 years & has been involved in sports and fitness events from a young age. Steph is passionate about getting people to enjoy consistent exercise for long term health benefits. She is able to develop programs for people with acute and chronic medical conditions and/or injury, as well as for those considered apparently healthy with no known disease. Steph works with clients of many fitness abilities and health statuses and all ages. In her spare time Steph enjoys spending time with her family, which includes running around after her cheeky 1 year old boy.

Justin is currently studying Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University, and has already completed Cert III and IV in personal training. He has always been heavily involved in multiple sports and clubs as both a player and coach. Currently Justin is coaching youth girls’ football with Whitehorse Colts and continues to play sports at a high level. Justin enjoys strength training, focusing on sport specific training, injury prevention, conditioning and general fitness.
